Mortar Sand

Material has been processed to filter out debris.  Will contain very small stones, but virtually no other debris. Compacts well, but material does not bind together well.  Commonly used in private beach areas, play areas, masonry applications, paver and retaining wall bedding and fill.  Allows drainage.  Almost no variance batch to batch.  Approximately 2,700lbs per cubic yard.
